Terms and Conditions of Participation

To ensure the protection of all parties involved, a clear framework is required for participation in the AER Academy’s training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Please read our Terms and Conditions of Participation carefully.

Organizer
The organizer of the training sessions, workshops, and webinars is AERTiCKET GmbH, based in Berlin. The airline webinars are an exception; in these cases, the respective airline or airline partnership serves as the organizer.

Participation Fees
Participation in our training sessions, workshops, and webinars is free of charge.

If the training session you wish to attend is subject to a fee, the following applies: The participation fee will be invoiced and must be paid by the specified due date. You are not entitled to participate in the event until the payment has been credited to a bank account of AERTiCKET GmbH.

Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants is five. AERTiCKET GmbH reserves the right to cancel an event up to one day before the scheduled date if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Technical Malfunctions
If a system required for the training (or one of the applications offered therein) is wholly or temporarily unavailable during a training session for reasons beyond the control of AERTiCKET GmbH, no claim for compensation shall arise.

Withdrawal, Cancellation, No-Show
If a participant withdraws, cancellation fees of 100% per registered participant will apply for in-person training sessions starting seven days before the event begins. For online training sessions, a cancellation fee of 15 euros will be charged.

The cancellation must be made in writing (e.g., via email). The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive for the calculation of the deadlines. If you are able to name a replacement who agrees in writing to take your place, no fees will be charged.

A no-show at an event does not count as a cancellation. In this case, the full invoice amount is due. For online training courses, a fee of 25 euros will be charged.

Withdrawal and simultaneous registration for a new training date do not exempt you from paying the cancellation fees specified above.

Payment of a cancellation fee does not entitle you to claim partial services, e.g., in the form of course materials, video recordings, etc.
