Privacy policy 

for registration for the Corona Quick Test

This data protection notice supplements the existing data protection notice of AERTiCKET GmbH as the responsible party for the use of our Corona Test Center.

We would like to inform you below about the processing of personal data in connection with the registration and use of the Corona Test Center.


Purpose of data processing

In accordance with the testing strategy of the German government and the Berlin Senate, we offer all Berliners the opportunity to take a Corona test once a week on our premises. The use of this possibility is voluntary. For this purpose, we have set up a so-called test center on our premises, for the use of which registration is required for organizational reasons.


Responsible organization

The responsible organization for data processing, which is directly related to the allocation of appointments and the execution of tests in the test center, is AERTiCKET GmbH. The provider AER Technik Holding GmbH, which hosts the software for registration, allocation of appointments and transmission of test results, is an order processor, i.e. its service provider activity is limited to creating the technical requirements for registration and allocation of appointments or transmission of test results and carrying them out on our behalf.


What data is processed?

When registering and using the test center, the following various data are processed:

  • Address
  • Name, first name
  • Date of birth
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Identity card number


Scope and legal basis of processing

We process your data exclusively for registration with the test center, subsequent appointment allocation and transmission of the results. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO. Your data will not be processed for other purposes.


Scope and legal basis of processing / storage / disclosure of data

Within the framework of the Infection Protection Act, we are obliged to inform the relevant health authority immediately in the event of a positive test result.

For this case only, you therefore already agree when registering with us that the personal data you provided during registration may be transmitted by us to the health office with the test result.

According to the "Regulation on the right to testing in relation to a direct pathogen detection of the corona virus SARS-CoV-2" in short "Corona virus Test Regulation" of the Federal Ministry of Health, we are obliged to store or keep unchanged the information to be documented and the order and service documentation necessary for the proof of correct billing until December 31, 2024.

We have concluded the necessary contracts with our order processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. A data transfer to third countries does not take place.

Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are entitled to this by law.

Finally, you have a right to object to processing within the scope of the law.
