How can I become an AERTiCKET travel agency customer?

Can I book a flight with AERTiCKET AG as an end customer?

Sorry, no. AERTiCKET AG works exclusively with travel agencies; we do not issue airline tickets to private individuals. Please contact our travel agency and  online-partner

Can I book more than just flights through AERTiCKET AG as a travel agency?

In addition to our excellent air fares from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA, our range of services is complemented by additional services such as the Hotel OBE "AERHOTELS", the modular system "toolkit" and our data base for additional tourist services "AERExTRAS”.

I want to become one of your customers. How much will it cost me? Is there a minimum sales volume?

Anyone can become one of our customers. Our teams have widely varying specialties, concentrating on the requirements and focuses of each of our customers. There are no registration fees, monthly fees or minimum sales volumes. If necessary, we negotiate the amount and form of financial safeguards individually with you.

I would like to make group bookings with you. What are your conditions?

Every airline has its own conditions concerning group bookings. Our conditions are based on these. We negotiate group conditions individually with you and try, as far as possible, to tailor the process to your needs. We handle the entire group booking process, from initial enquiries to ticketing. You carry out your own group bookings? That’s no problem either – we are happy to handle your ticketing alone. Please ask about the correct group specialist in your service team.

What is on the AERTiCKET AG Extranet (restricted user area)?

Our Extranet includes not only booking opportunities for flights, hotels and car rentals, but also an invoice and notification archive and statistics on sales. Interesting or useful information on all aspects of scheduled flights can be found in our travel agents lounge.

I have forgotten my Extranet password – what shall I do?

You can reset your password to the one stored for your agency account by typing your six-figure customer number in the login window under "Forgot password?”. You will be sent a temporary password to the email address stored in our customer database, which you can then change after first logging in.
