AERTiCKET operates customer oriented per team or branch office for certain customer groups. Each Team and branch office is specialist in travel-agencies with similar requirements and needs.

The branch office Berlin division 1 attends to Top Customers with a turnover of more than 200.000 Euro p.a. with CRS Galiloe, Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan and small scale travel organizers. The branch office Berlin division 2 serves chains, independent small customers with a turnover of under 25.000 Euro p.a., customers who do their booking via phone or via our free of charge internet booking engines, customers with business hours on Saturday/Sunday, division 2 operates a 24h service, 24h emergency call service, and serves online portal customers, call-center customers and customers that phone more than once per ticket.
