General information regarding the transfer booking for the customer:

After entering the data and receiving a confirmation for the booking of the transfer a voucher will be created that you will have to print and keep alongside your flight tickets.
The voucher contains all important information and is used as a ticket for the transfer by the customer.
It is necessary that the customer will have to proceed after arrival in New York to the ground-transportation desk. You will find these desks in all terminals easily since they are clearly signposted. There you will have to wait after showing your voucher for 20 minutes maximum for the transfer. The phone number of Airlink for any further questions and for confirmation of the transfer back from the hotel is indicated on the voucher. Payment is possible by VISA or Mastercard only.

 General information for the travel agency processing the booking:

Transfers can be booked with the customers credit card or the credit card of the travel agency. The credit card will be debited with the official fees. AER receives a monthly report stating which AERTiCKET agent has booked how many transfers; AER will accordingly transfer the commission to the travel agency. If a transfer needs to be cancelled or if flight schedule changes make an adjustment necessary changes in the transfer booking can be made prior to departure via this portal by entering the booking number.
