Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Support and consultation for our Product Owners in the following areas:
  • The continuous development of our digital products
  • The technical advancement of our flight booking engine by contributing expertise and innovative solution approaches
  • The development and definition of structured workflows as well as the establishment of clear acceptance criteria to ensure a smooth development process
  • The analysis of existing system architectures and business processes, as well as the identification of technical dependencies to detect and address potential risks at an early stage
Support and consultation for the Tech Lead and the Development Team in the following areas:
  • The definition of technical development tickets and the transformation of business-centered requirements from the Product Owner into development-oriented tickets
  • The analysis of technical problems and impediments with the goal of identifying root causes and deriving appropriate measures
  • Support in the area of monitoring and participation in defining the scope of testing

Your profile:

Must-have: Solid knowledge in the Travel Tech sector
Expertise: Experience at a GDS, Online Travel Agency, Airline, or Travel Management Company
Analytical thinking: Ability to grasp complex issues, recognize patterns, and make well-informed decisions
Problem-solving skills: A systematic approach to challenges with the goal of finding practical and sustainable solutions
Communication skills: Clear and audience-appropriate exchange of information across multiple stakeholders
